The development is spread over an area of 6 million square metres, making it one of the largest real estate developments in Egypt. The development is located in the heart of Shorouk City, which is a well-connected residential area close to Cairo. The project is designed to be a self-contained community with its own amenities, including a shopping mall, a hospital, schools, and a range of recreational facilities. The development also includes a golf course, a cycling track, and a range of sports facilities. The project is expected to be completed by 2021.
